This is the Sweet Potato dish you have been looking for! I wanted to find a sweet potato bake that had marshmallows on the top and I searched my cookbooks and foodtv.com. I should have known that kraftfoods.com would have it and that it would be fantastic. I made this over Thanksgiving and we used the big marshmallows like the recipe suggests. Wow, we are never going to use the mini ones again. The big one made this thick, gooey layer of marshmallow over the dish. The sweet potatoes tasted fantastic and I was complimented by the sweet potato lovers (like myself). While I was making it, I thought it wouldn't be enough for the six people I needed to feed. But when it was served, there was plenty and it lived up to its eight serving recommendation. Try it! You won't regret it!
