Very good. Nice change from the usual spinach dip. I omitted olives. I will make it again.
I was looking for something I could do for a bite-size appetizer. I filled small phillo dough cups with this spinach dip. It was a huge hit. The olives were a little overpowering, maybe next time I would do a little less, but the dip was still excellent. A different take on spinach dip. The phillo shells get soggy fast so make sure you fill them right before serving.
It's not spectacular, but is a great addition to a party buffet. Virtually any veggie works with this mix.
I have made this for many get togethers and office parties. It is always requested. I added some spices and herbed feta to add flavor to the dip.
I love this dip and it's a big hit with my friends and family. It's so good that I will just make some up and keep it in the refrigerator for a yummy snack.
This was an excellent recipe. I did alter the recipe slightly by adding garlic powder and dried onions. I also used the reduced fat feta as well as reduced fat sour cream. There are so many flavors that no one even noticed that I used the reduced fat. I served it with tortilla chips and different flavored pita chips. It was a hit at the BBQ I was invited to.
This was very good, but I agree that it "needs something" I added some garlic powder and that helped alot! My friends and I loved it!
Very good but felt it needed a little more flavor - added 1 tablespoon of minced dried onion and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder - turned out excellent!! Served with tortilla chips at a kids birthday party - big hit!
Made this for 4th of july and everyone loved it!
This recipe was very good! I made it for a New Years party and everyone there made me write down the recipe before I left, I will definitly make it again!
