My mom went crazy over this dip, I had to give her the recipe. I served it with tostidos.

I have never made spinach dip before but was invited to a vegetarian potluck supper so thought it would be a perfect time to try this recipe. The dip got rave reviews at supper, was easy to make, and tasted delicious! Definitely one to try!

I slice ripe olives that have been drained and marinated in reserved kalamata olive brine for a more genuine Greek taste.

Sounds good, but fat free mayonaise might make it even better.

The only change I made was to add some dried bacon and onion chip dip mix to add a bit more flavour. It was enjoyed by all at a family BBQ.

The only change I made was to reduce the amount of sour cream and add cream cheese. Served with garlic butter toast points. It was an immediate hit at the party!
