This salad was excellent! I served it at a bridal shower. The guest enjoyed it so much, I needed to make an extra bowl.

I could not find the kraft dressing, so subbed with a raspberry vidalia vinegarette, very nice...also added fresh strawberries...used for a mothers day dinner i catered...received lots of compliments...

I made this on a really hot evening with grilled chicken, bread and a lemonade rounded out the dinner. It was great!! A Quick and easy meal!! I'm planning it again with grilled shrimp.

I have served this 2 or 3 times and plan to use it again for my Christmas Eve dinner. It is always a big hit. This salad tastes fresh and healthy, and has so many different flavors and textures. Delicious!

Everyone at my dinner party raved about this salad. It was so easy to make. I substituted honey poppyseed dressing. I will definitely make it again.

I made this for a pot luck, definite hit. Awesome texture & taste. I will be making this salad often, and adding chicken sounds great too. I just couldn't find the Lite Done Rite Raspberry Dressing in any of my grocery stores, had to use another brand!!
