I had a problem with whipping the cream. Apparently I did not get it thick enough. Other than that it looked, smelled and taste good. I guess I need practice on the whipping cream.

This recipe was very tasty. I did make a change. I added 3 tblsp of heavy cream to the melted white chocolate at the bottom of the pie. This made it easier to cut and was just as tasty. I also used the cheesecake flavor of pudding.

The botton layer of white chocolate does make the pie hard to cut through. I may eliminate that step the next time I make this pie. It was quite delicious. My husband didn't mind the matter of cutting through the hardened chocolate botton layer nor did I but others did make comments on this. This is a keeper!

Boy was this tastey! This was my best find last holiday season. Everyone loved it. I made it with butterscotch pudding too and that worked as well.
