Not too sweet, yet an indulgent treat! I added more coconut than called for in the recipe. When it was half-done, I topped the pie with more coconut which toasted to a nice crunchy golden-brown. Best served cold.

This is so delicious and easy to make. The kids sprinkled the pie with white chocolate chips before we baked it! It added a little something special to a great recipe.

Instead of the sugar I used 1/4 cup Splenda and it was delicious. Best recipe I have seen for a custard pie. Had friends for dinner who also wanted the recipe.

I'm anxious to try this yummy looking pie, but I'm curious as to what baking mix is. I'm assuming it something like Bisquick. Am I correct. Also, it looks like the coconut is 'inside' the pie as well. Is it? I've given it a 5-star rating because it looks fantastic....can't wait to try it.

I am not a bkaer by any stretch of the imagination, so if I am baking for company, I scrutinize the recipe carefully to ensure it is simple. This one mor than fit the bill!! And it was delicious. My guests raved and family members were in shock that I "baked". Thanks Kraft!!
