I LOVE this recepie, I made it a couple times over the holidays - it really turns out better if you don't use store brand pudding & cool whip. The Brownie is wonderful all by itself!

I've made this recipe twice and received rave reviews both times. It will now become a fixture at holidays. I modified the recipe a little bit by accidentally using non-instant pudding, and in my opinion, it was better - thicker, creamier, tastier. Only suggestion is to let it cool completely before adding the CoolWhip. Another helpful hint is to have everything in separate bowls (ie, flour, sugar, eggs) so as soon as the chocolate comes out of the microwave, it won't harden up. Enjoy!

with the pudding on top of the brownie it makes it all the more sweeter and more moist, a deffinent for a chocolate lover. My family loved it and we make it for any kind of occassion.
