What You Need

cups flour

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

cup sugar

1/2

cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL CAFÉ Suisse Mocha Café

2-1/2

tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder

1/2

tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2

tsp. salt

Make It

LAYER ingredients in 1-1/2-qt. glass canister or jar in the following order (from bottom to top): flour, chocolate, sugar, flavored instant coffee, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, tapping jar gently on counter to settle each layer before adding the next layer. Cover.

ATTACH baking directions (see below) to jar.

BAKING Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Beat 1 egg in large bowl; stir in 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted. Empty muffin mix into bowl. Stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into 12 greased or paper-lined medium muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 5 min.; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

These are awesome muffins...my family said they were delicious. Very easy to make! A great gift idea too if you make the mix and put it in jars. Anyone would be lucky to receive this. I found that it made more than 12 servings. Give these a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very good and tasty! Should the direction more clearly such as mixture. Would like to make again! I put in French Vanilla with this. Someday i see my b/f s mom and will make for her! Thanks!!!!!!! A+++++++

me and my family love these muffins and would make them 100 more times if we had enough of the ingredients in other words they were absolutly primo
