I used canned diced tomatoes with basil/oregano seasoning added, instead of chopping the tomatoes myself. This was good, but make sure you drain them WELL - there was a little too much liquid at the bottom of the serving bowl. Other than that, this recipe is really, really good. It took just a few minutes for it to disappear at a pot-luck. I served it with Ritz Crisps instead of pita chips - good mix of sweet and savory.
