ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

sliced black olives
or sliced pitted kalamata olives

Make It
MIX
all ingredients until well blended. Serve with pita chips.

I altered this recipe a little by using a couple of fresh roma tomatoes and omitting the olives. I also drizzled a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar on it. My husband nearly ate the whole bowl by himself.

I have not tried this recipe yet but it looks really good, as I look at it though i wonder how it would taste baked in the oven, with the feta in it...

This recipe was really easy and really good. I served it as a Thanksgiving Day appetizer and it got rave reviews. I've already made another batch for snacking at home. It's fairly healthy, so there's no guilt!

I would use fresh tomatoes instead of canned. It makes a world of difference. DELICIOUS!
