This was an easy meal to make. You can also replace the shells and cheese with Velveeta Rigatoni w/Broccoli for some variety

This recipe has become a weekly standard in our household. I shortcut by using canned white chicken. My daughter asks me if I bought the ingredients every grocery trip.

I made this dish for my Mother, Father and Sister and they loved it! It was a quick easy dish and I found it a lot easier to cook the chicken breasts whole, then cube them... It bumps up the prep time doing it that way though... But it cuts down on the spread of bacteria.

My husband and I both liked it. I added mushrooms to give it some variety.

overall taste was great, but, it takes longer then 5+ minutes to prep, it takes about 20 minutes to cut up the chicken, but after that it only take about 20 minutes for it to be done. so the actual total time should say 40 minutes.
