This recipe has become a weekly standard in our household. I shortcut by using canned white chicken. My daughter asks me if I bought the ingredients every grocery trip.

Oh my goodness!! This was a super time saver!! My 7 yr. old son, 12 yr. old daughter, and my husband all loved it! Great week-night meal!

I made this dish for my Mother, Father and Sister and they loved it! It was a quick easy dish and I found it a lot easier to cook the chicken breasts whole, then cube them... It bumps up the prep time doing it that way though... But it cuts down on the spread of bacteria.

overall taste was great, but, it takes longer then 5+ minutes to prep, it takes about 20 minutes to cut up the chicken, but after that it only take about 20 minutes for it to be done. so the actual total time should say 40 minutes.

I make this at least once a week. Everyone in the family loves it. It's hard to find something that everyone loves and its so quick and easy to make.
