I have made this recipe more than once. The results are almost exactly like a choice dessert at an exclusive ristorante near Naples, Italy. I have been thrilled to be able to almost replicate it. It wows dinner guests.

this was a really good recipe. very easy to make. the center was a little tooo gooey for me but i think thats bcuz i over filled my ramekins. also it was a bit sweet.i like my deserts less sweeter, thats just personal preference if u follow the recipe properly and fill it 6oz, it should work out fine with no problems. beware, it is VERY rich. definitely try this. very elegant desert for entertaining! u will impress ur guests

If you love chocolate you have to try this recipe. It is very easy to make. You might want to share one though, it is very rich.

This is VERY easy to make. My husband and I love chocolate and are hard to impress, but I can't get over how good this is AND the ease of preparation. I would suggest making three servings instead of 6 (maybe my ramekins were really big, though). It tastes great and presentation makes this an impressive dessert to serve for guests.

Great recipe. Left out the coffee and it was still terrific.

This recipe is the best! I have made it several times. It is great for pot lucks with a limited number of people. I think they are great at room temperature too! One of my roommates doesn't even like chocolate that much and he LOVES these! They are super rich and fattening, but sooooo good (in moderation of course!). They are easy too!!

DECADENT, BUT SO DELISH!

I made two batches, and my cakes were never molten; either my oven is too hot (probably) or this recipe need only be cooked for 10-12 minutes rather than the recommended 16-18. However, they were still delicious.

I've made this twice. It's not hard to make and it's delicious. I've even frozen the extra cakes to use later.
