I had the same question about coffee - I can't stand it either! Under Kitchen Tips - I cliked on the "Molten Chocolate Cakes" option - and it tells you to make it as directed but without the coffee!

I doubled the recipe to serve 16, and everyone raved about it! I suggest that you spray the custard cups with Pam with Butter for non-stick superiority.

I am also one who does not drink coffee/tea and it is against my beliefs. I have not yet made this recipe, so I can't guarantee my adjustments. I would recommed trying a flavored hot cocoa mix or if that is too much chocolate, adjust the flour to compensate for the coffee granules. I have tried this in other recipies and it works well.

Used muffin pan, but since they are smaller than what recipe called for, the center was not "molten" when baked for 15 min, so next time will have to decrease baking time! Delicious anyway!

I shared these cakes with 6 other people and they all raved about how delicious they are. I am a chocolate lover and it is possibly the best chocolate dessert I've ever had. Easy to make and absolutely wonderful.
