What a cool recipe. I was looking for the right thing to serve my husband and this was it. I was thrilled to find this. I make up my own coffee mix so this was fun. I am making this again on Valentines Day for my weekly dinner party and serving this with a hot mocha with kirsch. I think I will also top this with shavings of dark chocolate. How awesome, thanks for a great recipe.

After greasing the souffle dishes, then sprinkle them with Chocolate powder. It will help with removal. For a different flavor, try making a sweet Chai tea and use it in place of the Coffee mixture I use the Big Train Chai Tea Mix

My guest thought I spent hours preparing this dessert. They loved it!!! Several asked for the recipe...and then I had to show them just how easy it was! I omitted the coffee and it was just as delicious.

Delicious, and very easy. I used the tip to make them ahead of time and rewarming them was perfect.

Nothing could be simpler! Reserve this for your true chocoholics...this is not for the faint of heart. I recommend heavily buttering the dishes before adding the batter to prevent sticking. I served this with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and melba sauce pooled on the plate. Reheating was a dream...I would have thought it would have burned at those temps, but it turned out fine. this is one of those great recipes that people think you fussed all day, but only you know how easy it was.
