Have made it for two parties and it has gotten very good reviews. They say it tasts like a creamsicle. It is very refreshing.

This dessert was just right. I served it on Mother's Day and the texture and flavor were wonderful. Very light and so easy to prepare! I made it in a Bundt pan and next time I would double the recipe.

Made this dessert for Mothers Day. Placed half slices of Navel oranges around outside on dish...filled inside of mold with 2 cans of mandarin oranges..GREAT reaction from guests

Also works with strawberries. Very good and if you use sugar free jello and Fat Free Cool Whip it's also very low calorie.( 1/8 mold = 1 point)

Great for luncheons! I used low fat topping and it still tasted wonderful. Light, and pleasant to the tastebuds! Everyone wanted to know my trick. I cook a lot and try new things constantly. This will remain on my permanant list!

Great taste & texture; light and airy. Very pretty dessert to bring to party. Great summer dessert. Easy to make, would reccomend for beginners and for bakers who want to throw together something thats quick & easy.
