This dessert was easy to make and it was a big hit at Thanksgiving, so I'll be making it again for Christmas, by popular demand! Also I used Splenda for the crust to reduce sugar and it worked out just fine.

I'm still trying to buy cranberry Jell-O. I'll give up and try it with Raspberry Jell-O instead. It sounds great anyway!

I changed this recipe to surgar free JELL-O and used one small box Cranberry and one small box Orange. I also used the larger sized Mandarin oranges. For the graham cracker crust, I used reduced fat graham crackers, and Splenda instead of sugar. This recipe won 1st place in the office cook-off. It also brings peace of mind to those who love desserts, but can't take all the sugar. It was absolutely delicious and many people asked for my recipe.

I brought this to a family dinner and my aunt, who is over 70 years old, asked for the recipe. A great compliment.

I MADE THIS FOR THANKSGIVING. THERE WERE MANY DESSERTS THERE BUT, THIS RECIPE WENT COMPLETELY. UNABLE TO GET CRANBERRY JELLO SO, I USED CHERRY. I THINK NEXT TIME, I WILL ADD THE ORANGES ON TOP AFTER THE JELLO MIXTURE HAS BEEN PUT IN PLACE. TART, SWEET AND VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE... LOVED IT!

I tried this recipe for Thanksgiving-it was a hit! I'm now making it for our Christmas Ladies Luncheon tomorrow at our church. I'm also making one with lime jello and pineapple. I also made one with strawberry jello and cranberry-it was delish!

I made this dessert for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I used sugar-free Cranberry Jello, and lite cream cheese and Cool Whip, omitted the cranberry sauce and doubled the mandarin oranges. It was really yummy - I'd eat it anytime!

My family loves this. The recipe says to divide the sugar but only lists sugar in the crust. I put 1/2 c. in the crust and 1/4 in the cream cheese layer. I bet this would work well with Splenda. Thanks!
