This recipe was very easy to make, and was a huge hit at our recent family gathering. I used a store-bought Oreo cookie crust, so it was even easier than I expected. It was a little hard to tell that there were three layers...when I make this next time, I might let each layer chill before adding the next layer. This tasted best with longer refrigration.
