After Thanksgiving and Christmas, we use leftover ham in this recipe for a quick game day treat! Everyone loves it, especially the guys!

I made this for our family's Christmas celebration a few years back and it was a big hit, especially among the teenagers. They've requested that I bring it every year--which I'm glad to do because it's so simple.

I have not yet made this particular dip, but have made one very similar that goes in hollowed out bread and baked for 1- 1 1/2 hours. My recipe calls for green onions and sour cream, which I think will add a new level of flavor to this recipe.

I was trying to make a filling for sandwiches and the recipe wasn't enough flavored to my taste.
