What You Need

OREO Chocolate Creme Cookies, divided

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup sugar

tsp. vanilla

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted, cooled

eggs

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F.

QUARTER 20 cookies; set aside. Finely crush remaining cookies; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 min.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the quartered cookies. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining quartered cookies.

BAKE 50 min. to 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.

I took this to work for a carry-in and brought home an empty dish. Everyone wanted the recipe. This was my first time making a cheesecake from scratch, it was easy and turned out perfectly.

This is wonderful. I made the kraft recipe for chocolate ganache and put it on top. Almost sinful, so delicious my husband who doesn't really like cheesecake even enjoyed this.

This cheesecake is simply great! I have many requests for this cake, once people taste it. Took it to a family reunion, and caught two people eating some before we served the rest of the meal!

AMAZING i used the mint oreos and topped it with chocolate cool whip it was unbelievable everyone in my family loved it. its a keeper for sure!

I made this for my sister's birthday since she loves Oreo's and cheesecake. Instead of semi-sweet chocolate, I used white chocolate and it was delicious. Would definetly make again. Very easy to make but better to eat!

Oh my gosh! This cheesecake is like a little slice of heaven. I made it with fat free cream cheese and it was still excellent. Will make again and again.

I have been makeing this for a few years now and I love it. It has become a thing i have to make at least twice in a year, because everyone loves it so much. even my brother, who does not like cheesecake loves it. the only thing i sometimes change is adding less oreos inside the cake.
