This simple recipe dresses up the basic cheese and cracker favorite by adding flavor and nutrition. Lowfat and healthy, you could easily substitute pears if apples are not available. You could also substitute other varieties of Kraft low-fat cheese to vary the selections you are offering.

It appears that the person intended this recipe to be healthy and low fat. All white flour is not healthy.Ritz makes crackers with whole wheat flour and I believe it also is less fat than the regular cracker and tastey too.
