Absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!! I added more garlic, my husband and I are garlic nuts! If you like fresh garden ripe tomatoes and garlic---this is killer!

I substituted real mozzarella for the cheese slices. I got rave reviews from nearly all of my forty guests!

I made this recipe just a little different. I made it on small, individual breads and used shredded mozarella. It had a wonderful flavor and a beautiful appearance. However, next time I will use a little less garlic because it had a very strong garlic flavor.

I made this with french bread cut in 1-1/2 inch slices. My husband thought he died and went to heaven. I used it as an apertizer for a main dish of Chicken 'N Pepper Pasta Skillet.

The bruschetta was wonderful. My family truly enjoyed it. I prepared the tomatoe mixture ahead of time, it was deffinatly the way to do this recipe. It was easy to prepare and even easier to enjoy, very flavorful. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family and I did.
