i skipped the tomato w/ chilies, added corn and used mozzarella cheese. I like the ground turkey, and I will definitely use the leftovers as burrito filling with taco sauce!

I think it would be better with pasta instead of rice.

I loved this recipe and it was very easy to make. I used plain diced tomatoes and added a can of corn toward the end of cooking. Made excellent leftovers thrown in a tortilla with sour cream. I will make this again, everybody loved it!

Instead of ground turkey, I used 14 oz. of smoked sausage. And shredded cheese. It was very good, and I will be making this again!

I thought it was very good. Although a bit spicy for me ( my nine year old wouldn't eat it) it was easy to make. I would definetly make it again.

This was such a hearty meal and so good. Everyone really enjoyed it! I used monzarrella cheese instead. Also served with corn and a salad. I will definatly be making this again.
