Very easy recipe for the kids to make. Plus, they love it. We use Tostitos Scoops instead of the Triscit cracker. It makes cute little cups for the fillings and it doesn't fall out.

Use a fruit salsa such as a pineapple or peach or cherry salsa for a delicious variation.

I made this snack for my dominos players and they thought it was great. It is so easy to make. They all requested I make copies of this for them.

I love cottage cheese with salsa. It is also good if you mix the two and have them with tortilla chips. I like to spoon some in the Tostitos Scoops for a good bite size snack.

Very good; I have never cared for cottage cheese but it tastes really good with the Triscuits and salsa. Will definately make again for a quick lunch.

Just made this one again for a quick treat after work. Tastes great, and the extra touch of green onion adds a noticeably fresh taste! Try it yourself!

I tried this and loved it. I made several skeptical family and friends try "just one", and they couldn't believe how delicious they are! Definitely will keep thise ingred. on hand. (Note: I used off-brand wheat crackers, and will use them again).
