I omitted the bananna and added drained peach slices. It was great.

This looks so good!!! I am always looking for recipes that use some of my favorite ingredients: pineapple, cottage cheese, bananas & coconut. Off to the kitchen I go to make this treat

I made this as it was and my family loved it - and they are VERY picky about they eat....I served it with the option of having cool whip on top and they ate it both ways!..It fits into my diet well too because of the protein in cottage cheese and the reduced amount of sugar in it for my mom's diabetic restrictions...

We omited the banana, and used fresh coconut jelly instead of the flakes. We also added a tub of cool whip. Turned out delicious!!!
