Like others have suggested I added applesauce and additional cinnamon and vanilla. Very tasty! Used large muffin tin so they came out extra moist!

The first time I made this receipe, it came out way too dry. This time I followed everything to the T but left them in for 20 minutes instead of 25. What a difference! Very moist this time around. They do lack a little something so maybe next time I may try a little more cinnamon and vanilla.

Pretty good and easy to make.

This recipe was pretty good only I would actually change the apples to applesauce and the cottage cheese to cream cheese, the next time I try it. But thanks for the recipe. My family loved it.

Very good. The apple chunks were such a delight to bite into. I would add a little bit more cinnamon and probably something else. Great recipe, easy to make, but did lack a little something.

These muffins were decent. However, they didn't seem to have much of a flavor, not sweet enough? I'll probably try a different apple muffin recipe next time.

I also used cream cheese instead of cottage cheese, and we loved the flavor. Also, I made them into scones rather than muffins. It was easier and it only took about 20 minutes to bake.

They didn't rise up as much as I expected and they weren't as sweet as I thought, but tasty regardless. These are good as a quick afternoon snack.
