This meatloaf is EXCELLENT!!!! We substituted ground turkey for the beef, and placed it in a muffin pan instead of a loaf pan, it cut the cooking time down and they were VERY GOOD. Mini Meatloafs are so much better and Fun!!!!
this was the first meatloaf i have ever made and it was so very good , i replaced the chopped green pepper with onion ! my husband loved it and i will be making again ! :)
This was the first meatloaf recipe my husband actually said he would eat again and I have been trying for 35+ years to find one he would like because meatloaf is one of my favorites!!!!
My husband loved the meatloaf. I think there was way too much cheese and too many rotel tomatoes! I will make again, but with less cheese and less rotel and maybe add some onions!
Used the bread crumbs and it worked out well. Added a little pizza on the side, like both ways. Next time will add some mushrooms.
Loved this meatloaf. I have children who hate meatloaf but they loved this one. Love the way the cheese melt into the meatloaf and make it so creamy and delicious. Will definately make this again
The best meatloaf I have ever made. Was so rich and creamy (from the velveta cheese) and just a little on the spicy side. I will add a little more chili powder next time and 1/4 cup of chopped onion to match the green pepper. I will make this often. Sorry I didn't have leftovers for sandwitches. I will next time.
Have made this recipe lots! Always have to double or triple the batch since my family loves it so much. No matter how I alter the recipe (using favorite salsa instead of or in addition to diced tomatoes, for example), everyone loves it!
I cut out the green pepper just to save time and use the dry bread crumbs. My own Mother requests that I make this for her when she visits me! We all love it!
Recipe very good. Differant take on meatloaf I really like it
