Looked good in the picture, but the taste was a different story. There's better meatloaf recipies than this! Sorry

My family loved this meat loaf and they want me to make it again. And I will because I thought this meat loaf was great and I don't like meat loaf at all and neither does my brother-in-law and he said it was the best he's had in a long time and he doesn't care for meat loaf either abd he ate it like it was going out of style.

This was delicious, my whole family loved it. I topped mine with some salsa before baking, and i used red bell pepper instead of green.

During the cooling time I inverted it onto a serving plate and sprinkled with Kraft Shreeded Cheese. As it cooled, the cheese melted and added a splash of serving appeal to an already great meal.

My family hates meatloaf but love cheese. I got to have what I want and make them happy. Thanks for a great way to have the best of both worlds.

Have to watch the cooking, the center was not quite done. My family really liked it with a tomato & salsa gravy over it.

It was even better than Emirel's 'kicked up meatloaf', and quicker and easier to make.
