I was wanting a stir- fry for dinner today. I was going to just try regular chicken stir-fry,than I came across the Italian chicken recipe it was excellent. And very easy to prepare I must say. Cooking isn't my favorite thing but this was great. Thanks Diana

We really enjoyed this recipe. I used fresh brocolli and carrots instead of frozen mixed. A recipe we will enjoy again.

Very easy & quick to put together. If you like a little extra spice, I added a little cajun seasoning to the chicken when it first is being cooked. A definite meal for those nights when time is important, and so is a good meal.

My 17-year-old daughter and I found this recipe easy, quick, and adaptable (we plan on trying different vegetable combinations). The dressing gave the chicken enough flavor that extra seasoning (salt) wasn't needed, plus the chicken turned out moist and tender. In addition, it was an attractive, appetizing dish.
