A very easy way to make strawberry shortcake a little different. The mixture of pudding and Cool Whip was very sweet and creamy, and at this time of year, you can't go wrong with fresh strawberries! Instead of vanilla pudding, next time I might try lemon for a different, not-so-sweet taste.

This is a light summer dessert and very good. I usually layer the dessert by cutting half the cake into cubes then adding the strawberries, pudding and cool whip and repeating ending with the cool whip on top. It looks great in a glass dish.

Really easy to make I prefer to make it in a 9x13 pan rather than individual servings.

I used the healthy alternative listed and found this recipe to be wonderful. The recipe was easy to make, tasted great, and was low calorie. Now that's hard to find!

This desert was easy to make and very delicious to eat. I am a mom with two small boys running around and they were able to help make it. This is one of the best recipes that I have tried in a long time and now my friends are asking for the recipe because they enjoy it so much.

This is a simple fast dessert.I added some of the whipped cream to the box of vanilla pudding.I ahve also tried this same recipe by using a sponge cake and pinching it into pieces then pour on the strawberries then add the pudding.Also good with those little tart cups everyone uses for strawberry short cake......
