This recipe was ok. The coconut did not stick as well as I hoped it would and it made a mess of my pan. Next time I'm going to try something a little different.

This was delicious and fun to prepare. I took it to a work Christmas party and it went over very well. I think the only thing that held anyone back is that they didn't recognize what it was right away. The sauce recipe made way too much for what was used at my party. Great recipe overall, though!

These were good! I kind of overcooked my chicken, it only took about 15 minutes to cook the chicken through. I didn't make the dipping sauce because I didn't have any preserves but it was delicious.

I made them for my house warming recently and they were a hit! They were especially tasty with the apricot dipping sauce. Now this is the dish that they all want me to bring to their parties!

I made these for dinner for my family using whole chicken tenderloins. They only browned on one side but they tasted delicious. I would use a bit more salt next time.
