i deep fried the chicken and it came out golden brown and delicious! i also tried it with shrimp, even better! but my husband hates coconut.

besides the chicken turning out a little dry i really liked it, maybe next time ill marinate the chicken first

This is soo good. My chicken did not come out as dark as the picture but was still good. Next time I would only make half of what is directed for the sauce, way too much for two people.

HUSBAN LIKED IT. HOWEVER, CHICKEN DID NOT BROWN LIKE PICTURE. OTHER COMMENTS SHOW THIS HAPPEND TO OTHERS ALSO. CHICKEN WAS DONE ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND STAYED TASTEY BUT NOT LIKE THE PICTURE. COCONUT MADE IT A LIITTLE TOO SWEET. WILL TRY AGAIN BEFORE I DECIDE AGAINST.
