I took these to a family dinner, and had raves. I doubled the recipe and used the peanut butter, citrus, chocolate, and New York variations for two of each variety. I cut each mini cheesecake into 4 servings, but family members cut smaller portions and sampled some of each one.

I've made this recipe twice now, it is so easy and so convenient for parties! The first time I made 4 different flavors, this last time, for a Holiday Dessert party for 25 people, I made 8 different flavors! LOVE this recipe! It is by far my best find on Kraftfoods.com.

I bought my mini cheesecake pans at Big Lots and was glad I found the recipes. I did not like the recipes for the New York Style or Old Fashioned Cheese cake but the Peanut Butter was excellent. I will make these again but will alter the recipes for the other cheesecakes to my liking. Thanks!

I made these for my daughters birthday party, all her friends loved them. I changed each one a little, adding a half a piece of semi-sweet baker's chocolate melted then swirled into one of the cakes, then melted an Tbsp of peanut butter into another one, then covered each of the remaining two with a friut topping.

This is an easy recipe and is great for brunches, parties, and receptions. You can make several different kinds without a lot of fuss. Can use whole vanilla wafers and place one in each muffin cup in place of the graham cracker crumbs
