This recipe is Very easy My family makes me make it for every occasion. Instead of the lemon I use vanilla
it was great and i plan on making it again for my fourth oh july party thank you ffor such a good recipe.
This is great! For the topping, I boiled a small package of thawed sweetened strawberries with 2 T. of cornstarch for one minute and cooled it before adding to the pie. Great.
There are several of us, for varius reasons, who are watching their caloric and/or carb intake in my immediate family. For our annual Memorial Day gathering, I made this no-bake cheesecake using low fat cream cheese and equal. It was wonderful and much appreciated! It went so fast, I may have to make more than one for the 4th of July!
I made this recipe from low-fat and fat free cream cheese and lite Cool Whip. What a refreshing desert! Fat free cream cheese takes a little bit longer to set, but it takes only five minutes to prepare this pie. Friends loved it too. For parties I will make single servings of it, placing a Vanila Wafer in a small paper bake cup, scoop the filling on it, and top it with a fresh strawberry!
I made 4 pies for our Memorial Day family cookout and it was the hit of the "potluck" dinner. I made it with low fat Neufchatel and Low fat cool whip, and nobody could taste the difference. It drew raves from all generations, and best of all, "IT WAS EASY AS PIE!!!"
Excellent summer dessert. Any topping could be used instead of the blueberries and strawberries. Fresh peaches would be awesome!
Very good recipe. My family loves cheesecake and this was quick, easy and very good. I added cherry pie filling to one and it was good too.
If you want a easy and tasty dessert, I highly recommend this one.
This is a great alternative to an old classic. With the use of Cool Whip, it makes it a fluffier version with less sweetness.
