Made this recipe twice in one day in two different ovens, two different cooks, both pies cracked. Something is wrong with either the recipe or the bake time. <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Mary ~ Cheesecake recipes are very tricky. If the batter is over beaten, a lot of air is added to the mixture. When it is baked, cracking will occur. A consumer comment suggests to cool the cheesecake in the turned off oven. Sometimes this works and sometimes not. >>>
