I made this for my husband because I wanted something differant for the holiday then candy. I thought that they would not be as thick as regular brownies, but they were. My husband loved them. Another thing I like about this receipt is that I can make this for any holiday(just change the cutting shape).

I have been making this brownie recipe for 15 years now, its always a hit. And I like the idea of cutting them out with a heart cookie cutter for Valentines Day, which I will try.

I am going to make this brownie as a gift for my great nieces and nephews. They love brownies and this recipe looks simple and good. I will write their names on the valentine brownies. Thanks for the great idea
