Great recipe! Crushed peppermints are a nice touch. Also try adding crushed RED HOT candies...Gives a nice cinnamon flavor & red color!!

My 10 year old daughter made this and it was very easy--I do suggest using a quality chocolate--the cheap stuff is not that great.

I added mint candy flavoring to one batch and cherry to another--it is really easy, quick and yummy

I would use an oil based food coloring, as water based food colorings can cause the chocolate to clump up.
