I'll be making this next week, as I have pound cake in the freezer. I can see how several variations on this would be super. Such as: adding bananas and chopped walnuts or pecans, or adding Khalua or really strong coffee, etc... Haven't decided on my end result, but it is on my menu for sure!

It was just ok. it was good, but it did'nt blow me away. And I would not agree that it was that easy. It was a bit labor intensive and messy plus thawing the pound cake and Cool Whip requires planning. You definitely want to make this ahead of time.

This was great and so easy! We made it for a birthday party for 20 people and it received rave reviews from everyone.

This was so easy to make and tastes like you spent hours making it! I had about 2 servings leftover (only because everyone was full). Great recipe to have on hand when you need a quick and easy dessert. I used sugar free pudding and Cool Whip to make it even more diabetic friendly. Yummy!

I did need to purchase the dish at Pier 1 Imports. I found the items need very easy at the grocery store. I used the family size pound cake from the frozen foods. It was a big it with my family.

This dessert is very light and easy to make. If you like chocolate with a bit of cool, refreshing cake, you should try this one. Each bite has just the right amount of both cake and pudding.
