I make this all the time now. I also add about 4 oz of cream cheese. I have also made this and stuffed shells with it and then made an alfredo sauce on top of the shells - AWESOME! Also use it to make stuffed portabello mushrooms.

Delicious! I used the Kraft 5 Cheese Italian and garlic powder (use a lot), and used a food processor to shred the artichoke hearts. The recipe is fantastic! Even the teenagers loved it!

I made this spinach dip for a pre New Years Eve party at my house and it was the first thing gone! Everyone loved it. I loved making it because it is very simple and easy to make. We have a potluck at work tomorrow and I'm going to make it again!

This recipe is delicious! I made it for a party and it was a big hit. I added salt (~1/2 tsp), a little more spinach than called for (~14 oz), and 6 slices of bacon that I broke into tiny pieces. The bacon gave it great additional flavor!
