Savory Spinach-Artichoke Dip

I make this recipe for every get-together, potluck lunch, and dinner party! Everyone (and I mean even those picky 'non-vegetable' eaters) absolutely dig it! It is especially great with the lime-flavored tortilla chips!

Excellent! I served mine w/ pita bread instead of the crackers and it was a hit! Don't expext left- overs!

This was a very easy and fast appetizer to fix and would be one worthy of company or a party table. My husband and I enjoyed it so much we ate all of it up with the help of two of our children ages 2 and 3. YES 2 and 3 year olds ate spinach and artichokes! Next time I might add a bit of tobasco to give it a bit more kick but I like spicey things so that's just my taste.

This is quite tasty - I was skeptical at first since it called for alfredo sauce. I served it at a party and it went so quickly. My husband didn't get a chance to try any, so he went out the next day and bought the ingredients for me to make it again! Very tasty. He liked it with tortilla chips, I preferred Triscuits. I do have to state that there is a lot of garlic in this ... the second time around, I cut the garlic in half. Give it a try! Yum!

Quick and easy recipie and it tastes great! The next time I make it I want to get some pita bread to dip with. It is sooo good, I've made it twice when entertaining.
