I've made this recipe several times and I always get compliments on it. It's been requested a few times. I used a mini food chopper to cut the artichokes to make sure the dish comes out creamy and cheesy and not clumpy.

I make this every time my family gets together. It's a pricey recipe, especially since my family gobbles it up in 10 minutes! I recommend adding a little more garlic. I buy my minced garlic in a jar. Lots of cheese on top helps as well!

This was good. Mine didn't turn out as salty as I was craving, but it was still good. I have made the other recipe on this site for this dip and it was too salty. Don't get me wrong, we slather this on French bread and call it dinner! Yum! What I really need is Applebee's recipe. That's a perfect spinart dip!

I added extra mozzarella on top, but I think I put too much extra cheese on top. Was absolutely delicious. I am definitely adding this to my recipe collection!

I made this for a Christmas Eve party and it was gone so fast. I added chopped roasted garlic and used a Italian 6-cheese blend instead of just parmasan. I also used a little more cheese than it called for, I added a layer of parm on top and let it broil at the very end. It was SO good. I made it again just a couple nights ago for dinner for my boyfriend and I.
