My husband and I made this for just ourselves. Since it is such a large recipe, we cooked the whole thing, then divided it up into thirds and froze two of them for later. When we reheated it, it was just as good as it was the first time. Excellent!

My friend and I enjoyed this dip very much. I prepared it and I am not a great cook but this recipe was so simple and took just minutes. You don't realize how brief it takes when your friends are around. Great for get-togethers or cocktail parties!

I would defintely recommend this recipe. Its easy and fast and it was gone in minutes. However, it is a little garlic-y for me. The next time I make it I will only use two garlic cloves instead of four. Spinach abosorbs seasoning/flavors easily so the garlic was a overpowering instead of complementing.
