delicious sauce. The potatoes were a bit crunchy, so I am going to bake them with the sauce and onions about 15 minutes before adding the Kielbasa.

I made this recipe with chicken broth. I changed 2 things: 1. I cooked it my slow cooker. It was great the sauce just soaked into the potatos. 2. To fix the little problem of the sauce being to thin I took some of the sauce on the side and added a little Mayo for thickness. It was great.

This is so quick and good!! I did add 1/2 t. salt even though I used the chicken broth, and covered the pan the last 25 min. of baking just to be sure the potatoes were completely cooked. Plain good eatin'!

It doesn't get much better than this: a dish that's easy to prepare, doesn't cost much and tastes wonderful! This will definitely be added to the rotation. I used chicken broth instead of wine (didn't have any on hand) and it tasted great.

What a unique and wonderfully flavored combination of meat and potatoes. EXCELLENT! Easy casserole dinner, and inexpensive to boot.
