While this is a quick and easy recipe, I found it didn't excite the taste buds.

I also added some yellow squash from my garden which was good with the sausage and potatoes.

extremely good! if you're trying to impress somebody - this could be the dish to consider!

I would recommend increasing the amount of liquid. I felt the potatoes didn't have much flavor and the onions were burned. Next time I would cover the pan.
