This was absolutely delicious! I used white wine and my picky husband couldn't get over how much he liked the sauce. It was so easy to make too!

For a quicker dish, I cooked the potatoes separately, then added them to the browned sausage, sauted onions, and red bell peppers in a skillet. Add the sauce ingredients (which I doubled, since I like more sauce), heat through, and you're done. Very tasty.

I used Turkey Kielbasa and added spinach and chopped up turkey bacon. I also used Heinekin instead of wine.

I have made this several times and am making it tomorrow for my son to take back to college and share with his housemates. It is one of our favorites. I use a can of sprite instead of wine and it is very good. Someday I'll try it with the wine.

Excellent, easy dish... Made a few substitutions: For less calories, i used Smoked Turkey Kielbasa for the original. Half the amount of potatoes, and added chopped cauliflower (raw) for the other half. Also, did not have Honey mustard, i used regular Grey Poupon and added a third tablespoon of brown sugar instead. DELICIOUS!!!

Excellent dish. I make it with a dark brown ale! Great flavor. This is one of my husband's favorite dinners.
