I LOVED this recipe. It came out delicious. I did not have a problem with the amount of liquid, it was perfect, although I did cover it. BTW, I made this with lite kielbasa, since I'm on Weight Watchers. 9 points for 2 cups!!

This recipe was quick to make and tasty. I would make it again, however I might add soemthing else to it when I make it again.

extremely good! if you're trying to impress somebody - this could be the dish to consider!

I would recommend increasing the amount of liquid. I felt the potatoes didn't have much flavor and the onions were burned. Next time I would cover the pan.
