My husband is SO picky and he loved this meatloaf. He usually hates meatloaf. Even my neighbors make an excuse to come down when I am cooking this one :)

After the 50 min was up I added already prepared mashed potatoes and shredded cheese on top instead of the tomato sauce. I was very good!!

I even made this on a weekend, froze it, and defrosted it in the fridge to cook during the week...husband REALLY liked it. I bet it would be even better if not frozen first!

I have tried making this dish before with other recipes, and it usually ended up in the garbage because no one wanted it. I am just glad I finally found this recipe and now can enjoy my own meatloaf and not have to depend on others to make it for me!

Excellent meatloaf. I substituted crackers for bread crumbs and ketchup for tomato sauce. It turned out great. Me and my husband loved it, but my daughter(7) found the A1 too strong. Definitely recommend for those who like their meatloaf a little more tasty.
