I love this recipe. It's easy and delecious. That's also nice for birthday party's and it makes a perfect present, too.
These were OK. Easy and quick to make, sprinkles seem to stick the best. Friends and family liked them, so, I would make again as an addition to my normal holiday cookies, but I wouldn't make them just for myself.
I made this for co-workers as Christmas gifts. They loved them! I changed some things according to my likes. For example, instead of coffee granules, I used ovaltine. I don't like coconut and so I rolled them in grape nuts (which EVERYONE thought was regular nuts.) The result was a very tasty and very elegant looking treat!!
Took a lot longer to make than I thought but it was well worth it. All my family, my husbands family & our friends love them! This is going to be a holiday tradition for me :)
Easy to make. Wonderfully rich multi-layered flavors. Rolled in powdered sugar instead of coconut flakes.
It was easy to make, but i do agree it is hard to get the coconut, nuts or chocoalte sprinkles to stick. i found dabbing a little corn syrup helped a bit.
This recipe is a little greasy when first made, but after refriderating and mellowing for a couple days, it was fine. I did find it difficult to get the coatings for the balls to adhere to them. But the flavor is good, and they are pretty when you finally get them decorated, so I would make them again.
This cookies are great. Not only are they easy to make but you can also add a little extra rum to make them a bit more festive.

These might be easy, but "decadent" they are not. Mouth feel is grainy, taste is "bitter", and coconut would not stick to outside. So I dumped the whole batch after trying to salvage them with some rum extract.
