It came out awful! Very dry, the top dark brown, and it stuck to the pan big time. I threw most of it away.

My family loves this.. So easy to make mix amd bake, an any day dish for working moms. Sometimes I add chives cream cheese.

I thought this was a good recipe. The recipe didn't say anything about greased or sprayed dish, and I sure had a hard time with cleaning the dish afterword. I will make it again, but will spray the dish.

I have the exact same recipe, however, I only mix the velveta and broccoli first, bake for 15 min, then combine the crackers and melted butter, mix with broccoli/velveta, and bake another 15-20 minutes. I also use 1/2 stick sliced margarine when mixing broccoli and velveta. Much creamier and tastier. My family loves my version.

I was no impressed. I ended up throwing it away. Maybe I did something wrong but it was not something I enjoyed at all.

I made this for the in-laws. Even my two year old nephew ate his broccoli.. he normaly won't. This is a very good recipe, and easy, and it'll definently be made again.
