I was no impressed. I ended up throwing it away. Maybe I did something wrong but it was not something I enjoyed at all.

Took it to a church potluck and it was one of the first of the dishes to be scarfed up! Easy to make and delicious! It's a KEEPER for my family!

I made this for the in-laws. Even my two year old nephew ate his broccoli.. he normaly won't. This is a very good recipe, and easy, and it'll definently be made again.

This is a simple recipe that tastes GREAT! My son loved helping me crush the Ritz as well. I just put them in a zip-lock baggie and let him go at it (great idea to get kids involved). Everyone went back for seconds. Will definetly make again!

Excellent! I made this to bring to my grandparents for Christmas dinner. There are some picky eaters in the family, but everyone likes brocolli and cheese. This is simple to make and turned out great...every bite was eaten at both my grandparents' and when I made it again for my wife's family. I followed some of the other raters' suggestions. 1. Double the amount of Ritz that goes into the casserole (same amount for the topping). 2. Stir once or twice during the time in the oven. This ensures that the Velveeta melts evenly throughout.

This stuff is the BEST! I could eat it everyday. When I take it to work for a potluck, every bite is eaten.
