I've made this a lot for my husband. Before you mix the cheese in with the rest of the ingredients, you should melt it in the microwave. If you do that, it turns out to be very good.

The cheese did not melt right. I cook this over the time allowed and it just wasn't right. I tried to make soup out of it and that was a big mistake because the crackers got to mushey. This recipe could be a good one if some changes were made. Broccoli, cheese, ritze crackers, butter; think about it and I'm sure we all know this could be a good thing.

I cubed the cheese in this and it didn't seem to melt and spread. I don't know if it would help to shred it instead. It was a little dry overall. But the flavors were good. I think next time I'll try to make a cheese sauce with velveeta and pour it over the broccoli and then put the ritz on top and bake it.

I made this recipe for our family Easter Dinner. Instead of just broccoli, I used half broccoli and half cauliflower. It was very easy to make and was delicious. We had no leftovers.

This is the one thing that everyone has to have at all of my husbands family get togethers. They all love it. I aways double it and still have no left overs. A great casserole!!!!!

I added 3 cups cooked chicken chunks, great for potluck.

i expected the velveeta to melt more...it came out with a scrambled egg-like texture. i might try this in the microwave instead to get the velveeta to melt. my boyfriend thought it was great, though.

Very good. Need to serve right from the oven so cheese is very hot and melted. I added more crackers.
