Too Good! Very creamy and southern. Velveeta makes this meal along with the buttery crackers. I will make this again and again.

I have always made this for holidays, and I try to make it once every couple of months. My whole family (even my non-broccoli eating son) love this! I have never put crackers in the broccoli mix though, only on top. To the people who said the cheese did not melt right, all you do is keep stirring the broccoli mixture until all of the cheese is melted. Keep stirring or it may burn. If you do this, the cheese will melt perfectly. You won't end up with any chunks or uneven mixtures. Maybe some people just didn't get that the cheese wouldn't distribute itself. You have to do it with your own hands.

I've made this a lot for my husband. Before you mix the cheese in with the rest of the ingredients, you should melt it in the microwave. If you do that, it turns out to be very good.

The cheese did not melt right. I cook this over the time allowed and it just wasn't right. I tried to make soup out of it and that was a big mistake because the crackers got to mushey. This recipe could be a good one if some changes were made. Broccoli, cheese, ritze crackers, butter; think about it and I'm sure we all know this could be a good thing.

I cubed the cheese in this and it didn't seem to melt and spread. I don't know if it would help to shred it instead. It was a little dry overall. But the flavors were good. I think next time I'll try to make a cheese sauce with velveeta and pour it over the broccoli and then put the ritz on top and bake it.

I made this recipe for our family Easter Dinner. Instead of just broccoli, I used half broccoli and half cauliflower. It was very easy to make and was delicious. We had no leftovers.
