The chicken came out nice and moist and I loved the pesto but the mustard was way too overpowering!

Forgot the mozzerella cheese so I used shredded parmesan, romano, and asiago cheeses instead. Still turned out amazing. My chicken breasts were thick so it took a little longer to cook. Everyone loved it and it was so moist!

Everyone said it was really good but something seemed off again. I would make it again but only by request or maybe once I figure out what's missing.

Made this several times so far and have had non-chicken lovers request it. My husband also loved it and he is always scared to try something new!! The only ones that cannot handle this are my 5 & 4 yr olds. they dont like the "Green Stuff"! Great flavors and very EASY!!!
